Welcome to Closed Testing Swap (accessible via https://mrtechandfacts.in/). By accessing or using our website, platform, and peer closed testing exchange services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Description of Services

Closed Testing Swap provides a peer-to-peer exchange platform helping Android application developers meet the Google Play Console requirement of obtaining at least 20 testers for 14 continuous days. We facilitate whitelisting via an automated Google Group system and allow paid app listings to receive opt-ins from real developer devices. We do not provide automated bots, emulators, or synthetic installs.

2. App Listings & Payments

• Standard Listings: Cost ₹49 (one-time fee) for standard placement in the directory.
• Premium Featured Listings: Cost ₹149 (one-time fee) for pinning to the top of the directory with highlighted styling.
• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) securely via Cashfree Payments.
• No Refund Policy: Since processing and whitelisting happen instantly upon payment confirmation, all payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Referral Program & Payouts

• Users can refer new developers using their unique referral link.
• A referral commission of ₹25 is credited to the referrer's wallet only after the referred user makes a successful paid app listing.
• Self-referrals, multiple accounts, and referral exploits are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans.
• The minimum payout threshold is ₹100. Payouts are made directly to the user's specified UPI ID after admin approval, typically within 24 hours.

4. User Responsibilities

As a developer and tester on our network, you agree to:

• Use a real Android device and maintain active Google Play Store opt-in for at least 14 continuous days.
• Not submit malicious, illegal, copyright-infringing, or Google Play Policy-violating applications.
• Provide truthful information when registering, paying, or requesting payouts.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that Google will approve your application for production launch. Meeting the 20-tester closed testing threshold is only one of many requirements set by Google. We are not responsible for any app suspensions, developer account terminations, or losses resulting from your Google Play Console submissions.
